NOTICE OF SHIPPING POLICY AND TERMS
We appreciate your patronage at Maverick Drone Systems. The ensuing terms and conditions delineate our Shipping Policy for your understanding.
Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment Processing Time: All orders undergo processing within 2-3 business days through UPS Ground, unless explicitly specified otherwise. Shipments are not executed or delivered on weekends or holidays.
In instances of elevated order volumes, shipments may experience delays by a few days. Please allocate additional transit days for delivery. Should there be a substantial delay in the shipment of your order, communication will be established via email or telephone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be computed and exhibited during checkout. Overnight delivery is exclusively available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States. Local pickup and delivery alternatives are accessible at checkout. Delivery delays may intermittently transpire.
Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses: Maverick Drone Systems dispatches shipments to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Shipments to PO Boxes are not facilitated.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking: Upon the dispatch of your order, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be operational within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Maverick Drone Systems disclaims responsibility for any customs and taxes levied on your order. All fees incurred during or post-shipping are the obligation of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages: Maverick Drone Systems assumes no liability for products damaged or lost during shipping. In the event of receiving a damaged order, kindly liaise with the shipment carrier to initiate a claim. It is imperative to retain all packaging materials and damaged goods before commencing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
Currently, we do not facilitate shipping beyond North America without authorization, please contact our sales team by email sales@maverickdrone.com.
