This document serves as a comprehensive elucidation of Maverick Drone Systems' return policy and terms of sale. Please carefully review the following terms and conditions governing the return of purchased products:
- Buyer's Remorse Return Policy: Maverick Drone Systems extends a 10-day 'buyer's remorse' return policy. Unopened boxes may be returned without the necessity of providing reasons for the return.
- Return Conditions for Opened Products: Opened products may be returned within the 10-day period but must be in new and operational condition, subject to the discretion of Maverick Drone Systems. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to opened boxes.
- Return Request Procedure: To initiate a return, please complete the required form on our website. Our returns department will process eligible requests. Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded under any circumstances.
- Return Merchandise Requirements: The returned merchandise must be in its original condition, accompanied by the packing slip from the original order, and include the original documentation and packaging. Failure to meet these conditions will result in the denial of the return and refund request. "Original condition" stipulates the absence of scratches, marks, or blemishes on the product, and the security tags must remain attached. Any alterations to the product will render it ineligible for return.
- Defective Products: Customers identifying a defective product are obligated to promptly notify Maverick Drone Systems. It is the customer's responsibility to contact the manufacturer for a replacement. Maverick Drone Systems and maverickdrone.com bear no liability for defective products and will not refund such purchases. Defective products must be exchanged with the manufacturer for merchantable goods.
- Liability Disclaimer: Maverick Drone Systems and maverickdrone.com disclaim liability for any defective products sold, whether in-store or online. Customers acknowledge, by purchasing from Maverick Drone Systems, that they will not hold Maverick Drone Systems or maverickdrone.com liable for the condition of received goods.
- Damaged or Incorrect Items: In the event of receiving damaged or incorrect items, customers must contact Customer Support within 5 business days. Refuse delivery in cases of extensive box damage and promptly contact Customer Support at 612.712.8312.
- Refusal of Delivery: Customers refusing delivery, except for instances of damage, are responsible for shipping charges incurred by Maverick Drone Systems. Upon receiving the returned package, a credit, minus incurred shipping costs, will be issued to the original payment method.
- Incorrect Shipping Address: Packages returned due to an incorrect customer-provided address may incur additional shipping charges. Even if the original shipping was free due to a promotion, reshipping requests will be subject to a fee.
