By accessing, browsing, or using the Maverick website, creating an account, placing an order, or purchasing products or services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Return Policy & Terms of Sale, Privacy Policy, and any additional terms that apply to specific products or promotions.

If you are using the site or purchasing on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is posted on this page with the effective date. Continued use of the website or purchase of products after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Maverick sells high-value unmanned systems and related equipment, including:

• Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS / drones) and accessories
• Unmanned Ground Vehicles (UGVs), including quadrupedal and humanoid robots
• Payloads, sensors, ground control stations, and counter-UAS systems
• Unmanned Surface Vehicles (USVs)
• Spare parts, batteries, and related technical equipment
• Support, integration and FAA Part 137 waiver support services

All products are sold for commercial, industrial, research, or professional use. Certain products may be subject to export controls, FAA regulations, or other legal restrictions. You are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws when purchasing and operating our products.

To place orders or access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information
• Keep your password and account secure
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or show fraudulent or suspicious activity.

All orders are subject to acceptance by Maverick. We may refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including pricing errors, availability, suspected fraud, or violation of these Terms.

Pricing

Prices are in USD and may change without notice. We aim for accurate pricing, but errors can occur. If there is a pricing error, we will notify you and you may cancel at no cost.

Payment

We accept major credit cards, wire transfers, and other methods shown at checkout. Payment is due at order unless other terms are agreed in writing. For Special Orders and custom configurations, full payment is required before production begins.

Taxes

You are responsible for applicable sales tax, VAT, duties, and other governmental charges. We collect and remit taxes where legally required.

We ship within the contiguous United States unless otherwise agreed. International shipping is available for select products and may require additional documentation, permits, or export compliance.

Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other factors beyond our reasonable control.

Title and risk of loss pass to you when we deliver the products to the carrier. For returns, risk stays with you until the package is received and inspected at our facility.

Special Orders, custom-configured systems, and personalized products are generally non-returnable and non-refundable except as expressly provided in the Return Policy.

All content on this website—including text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, software, and documentation—is the property of Maverick or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any website content without our prior written permission, except as expressly permitted by these Terms or applicable law.

Product names, logos, and branding are trademarks of Maverick or third-party manufacturers. You may not use our trademarks without prior written consent.

You agree not to:

• Use products or services for any illegal purpose or in violation of applicable laws (including FAA, export control, and privacy laws)
• Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble products or software except as expressly permitted
• Remove, alter, or obscure proprietary notices or labels on products
• Resell or redistribute products without authorization, except as permitted for authorized resellers
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or malicious code
• Interfere with or disrupt the website, servers, or networks
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
• Collect or harvest information from the website using automated means

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Our products and services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

In no event shall Maverick be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages—including loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunity, or goodwill—regardless of the cause of action or theory of liability, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability arising out of or related to these Terms, the website, or any product shall not exceed the total amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Maverick, its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and suppliers from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your use or misuse of any product or service
• Your violation of these Terms or any applicable law
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Any injury to persons or property from your operation of products
• Any regulatory violations (FAA, export controls, and similar)

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) does not apply.

Exclusive venue — Any legal action under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts in Scott County or Hennepin County, Minnesota. You consent to personal jurisdiction there and waive forum non conveniens objections.

Class action waiver — Dispute resolution is on an individual basis only. Class actions, class arbitrations, and consolidated proceedings are not permitted.
