• Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS / drones) and accessories
• Unmanned Ground Vehicles (UGVs), including quadrupedal and humanoid robots
• Payloads, sensors, ground control stations, and counter-UAS systems
• Unmanned Surface Vehicles (USVs)
• Spare parts, batteries, and related technical equipment
• Training, support, and integration services

All products are sold for commercial, industrial, research, or professional use. Certain products may be subject to export controls, FAA regulations, or other legal restrictions. You are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws when purchasing and operating our products.

Payment

We accept major credit cards, wire transfers, and other payment methods as indicated at checkout. Payment is due at the time of order unless other terms have been agreed upon in writing. For Special Orders and custom configurations, full payment is required before production begins.

Taxes

You are responsible for all applicable sales tax, VAT, duties, and other governmental charges. We will collect and remit taxes where legally required.

We ship products within the contiguous United States unless otherwise agreed. International shipping is available for select products and may require additional documentation, permits, or compliance with export regulations.

Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other factors beyond our reasonable control.

Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery of the products to the carrier. For returns, risk remains with you until the package is received and inspected at our facility.

Special Orders, custom-configured systems, and personalized products are generally non-returnable and non-refundable except as expressly provided in the Return Policy.

Our total aggregate liability arising out of or related to these Terms, the website, or any product shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Maverick Drone Systems L.L.C., its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and suppliers from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Any injury to persons or property resulting from your operation of products
• Any regulatory violations (FAA, export controls, etc.)

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) does not apply.

Exclusive Venue: Any legal action arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Scott County or Hennepin County, Minnesota. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection based on forum non conveniens.

Class Action Waiver: You agree that any dispute resolution shall be on an individual basis only. Class actions, class arbitrations, and consolidated proceedings are not permitted.
