DJI Terra is DJI's professional 3D mapping and reconstruction software featuring next-generation technologies including 3D Gaussian Splatting, photogrammetry, LiDAR reconstruction, and multispectral processing. Generating high-precision point clouds, TDOMs, DSMs, 3D mesh models, and vegetation index maps from DJI drone data, it delivers a unified processing platform for aerial surveying, mapping, and inspection workflows. Available in Standard and Flagship versions with yearly subscription or permanent license options, and bundled with DJI Modify Flagship for complete acquisition-to-delivery workflows.

DJI Terra brings four reconstruction technologies together in a single platform. 3D Gaussian Splatting rapidly generates photorealistic 3D models from photos with accurate scene restoration across diverse environments. Photogrammetry produces high-precision 3D models, point clouds, TDOMs, and DSMs from visible light imagery. LiDAR reconstruction integrates Zenmuse LiDAR and visible light data to simultaneously generate point clouds, 2D maps, and 3D mesh models from a single acquisition. Multispectral reconstruction processes DJI Mavic 3 Multispectral and Phantom 4 Multispectral data to generate NDVI, NDRE, and other vegetation index maps with radiometric correction and reflectance map support for remote sensing research.

Terra's deep LiDAR integration enables a single Zenmuse LiDAR acquisition to simultaneously generate high-precision point clouds, 2D maps, and 3D mesh models — maximizing the data output of every flight and eliminating the need for separate acquisition passes for different deliverable types.

DJI Terra + DJI Modify. Acquisition to Delivery. When combined with DJI Modify Flagship, Terra delivers a complete aerial surveying workflow — from data acquisition and 3D reconstruction through model editing, annotation, and sharing.
