The ZH480 is a drone-mounted corona detection payload that pairs UV, visible, and laser sensors in a single gimbal-stabilized housing. Its UV imaging core uses 240-280nm out-of-band rejection filtering to isolate corona discharge from sunlight, with photon counting for quantitative intensity readings, sensitive enough to detect a 1.0pC discharge from 15 meters away. Built for DJI M300-RTK, M350-RTK, and M400 platforms, it lets utility and inspection teams spot failing insulators, damaged conductors, and other electrical faults from the air, long before they cause an outage.

Precision Pan-Tilt with High Integration
A motorized pan-tilt mount houses the UV, visible, and laser sensors together, holding steady against vibration and wind gusts so corona readings stay accurate in flight. The unit mounts directly to the M300-RTK, M350-RTK, and M400 gimbal bay, no extra wiring or third-party brackets required.
