How much is the deposit?

The refundable security deposit is the greater of $2,500 or 20% of MSRP (50% for accessories). It is added to your cart and refunded after the gear is returned and inspected.

When do I pay?

80% is due when you sign the rental agreement. The balance and the deposit are due 3 days before delivery.

Do I need insurance?

Yes. We require CGL coverage of $1M per occurrence and $2M aggregate, plus auto coverage of $1M CSL if you transport the gear.

Can you deliver and set it up?

Yes. Delivery is $250 each way within 50 miles of Savage, MN, plus $3 per mile beyond. On-site setup is $500.

Can Maverick provide an operator?

Yes. A Maverick operator is $300 per hour or $1,500 per day (up to 6 hours).

What if I return it late?

There is a 2-hour grace period, then late time is pro-rated hourly. Returns more than 24 hours late are charged the full daily rate plus $250 per day.
